Welcome to Saarthi Travel. By accessing our website (saarthi-travel.in) and booking our intercity taxi and travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation Process

All bookings submitted through our website form or requested directly via WhatsApp/Call are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is considered officially confirmed only after our support team verifies the trip details, provides a fixed package quote, and sends you a confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS containing driver details.

2. Payment Terms & Advancements

  • Transparent Quotes: The fare quoted at the time of confirmation is fixed and covers distance, fuel, driver allowance, and toll taxes (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • Advance Payments: To guarantee vehicle allocation, particularly during peak holiday seasons or long weekends, an advance payment may be required.
  • Payment Gateways: Safe advance payments can be processed through our website's official portal (saarthi-travel.in) or via secure QR code links shared directly by our verified business helpline (+91 85074 16624). Do not pay to any personal links or accounts.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any advance deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours prior to pickup will attract a nominal processing fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup will result in a forfeiture of the advance deposit to compensate the driver for slot reservation.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability for the new dates.

4. Driver & Vehicle Conduct Expectations

We pride ourselves on professional chauffeurs and clean, roadworthy cars. Our drivers are trained to follow highway safety standards, speed limitations, and route maps. In return, we expect our passengers to treat drivers with respect, refrain from smoking or consuming illegal substances inside the vehicle, and maintain overall cleanliness during the trip.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While Saarthi Travel makes every effort to guarantee on-time pick-ups and arrivals, we are not liable for delayed trips, miss-scheduled flights/trains, or trip cancellations due to unforeseen road circumstances, including:

  • Severe weather conditions, landslides, or flooding.
  • Sudden traffic gridlocks, highway construction blocks, or state borders jams.
  • Sudden mechanical breakdowns (in which case we will expedite a replacement cab as quickly as possible).
  • Accidents, civil protests, or government-declared emergency mandates.

6. Modification of Terms

Saarthi Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or cab services following amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
